1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Saturday).
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and order weight.
Estimated Delivery Time: Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location within the country.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number(s) so you can monitor your package's journey.

4. Customes, Duties, and Taxes

Dev Industries is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damages and Issues

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect your package upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can resolve the issue immediately.
